Service Delivery
Practice Innovators provides digital marketing services, including strategy development, content creation, ad management, SEO, and growth initiatives. Clients receive a project timeline and regular progress updates.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide timely access to accounts, approvals, and materials. Delays in cooperation may impact service timelines.
Service Completion
Marketing services are provided on a subscription or project basis, with agreed-upon deliverables and timelines.
Dispute Resolution
If clients have concerns about service fulfillment, they must notify Practice Innovators in writing within 14 days of delivery for resolution.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Payments are generally non-refundable; however, refunds may be issued for services not yet rendered. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Service Adjustments
If a client is dissatisfied, Practice Innovators will offer reasonable modifications within 14 days of service delivery.
Cancellation Policy
For subscription-based services, clients must provide a 30-day written notice for cancellations. Any completed work for the billing cycle will be delivered, but no refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients agree to contact Practice Innovators before initiating chargebacks or disputes with their payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension.
